1. Reservation and Rental Agreement:

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
• The rental agreement, including rates and additional fees, will be provided at the time of vehicle pickup.

2. Driver Eligibility:

• Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Additional drivers must be registered and meet eligibility criteria.

3. Rental Period:

• The rental period begins and ends as specified in the rental agreement.
• Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be arranged in advance.

4. Payment:

• Payment is due at the start of the rental period.
• Accepted payment methods include MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, Debit cards and cash
• Accepted cards stated above must be in the main driver’s name with sufficient funds available to cover the excess liability. Failure to provide a valid card may result in the booking being cancelled and no funds for the prepaid amount reimburs.
• Not accepted: Someone else’s card (including family members), Any Virtual Payment (eg. Google pay, Apple pay, etc..)

5. Cancellation and No-Show:

• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to avoid cancellation fees.
• No-shows are subject to a fee equivalent to The Cost of the First day Rent Price.

6. Vehicle Usage:

• The rented vehicle is only to be driven by authorized drivers.
• Use of the vehicle for prohibited activities, such as racing or towing, is strictly prohibited.

7. Fuel and Mileage:

• The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental ( Same to Same).
• Kilometer limits may apply, and excess Kilometer charges may be incurred.

8. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Repairs must be authorized by The Top rental Car, and receipts should be retained for reimbursement.

9. Insurance:

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee.
• Additional insurance options are available for purchase.

10. Damage and Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. – Liability for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle is disclaimed.
11. Returning the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received. – Late returns may incur additional charges.
12. Governing Law: – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan.

13. Cross Border Restrictions and Costs

Border crossing is not permitted, renters are required to stay within Jordan for the full duration of their rental.

14. Vehicle Inspection
    On return, if the vehicle is returned in clean condition, the vehicle will be inspected again with a rental agent. Any change in the vehicle’s condition during the hire will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that a vehicle is returned dirty, the inspection will be carried out after the vehicle has been cleaned.
    If the vehicle is exceptionally dirty upon return or if there is damage to the seats, seat upholstery or the carpets, an additional charge for deep cleaning will apply. This charge will be dependent upon the actual state of the vehicle when returned.
